- Dual tilt support: Installers can now create dual tilt panel arrays, maximizing solar production by placing panels closer together without shading. The dual tilt option is now available for ground mounted systems too.
Finance features
- Goodleap application sharing: Installers can now send Goodleap applications directly to homeowners, allowing them to complete either the full application or just their PII. Notifications ensure installers stay updated when applications are submitted.
- Integrated Goodleap loans: Solargraf now supports integrated home improvement loans via Goodleap.
Permit upgrades
- Automated permit downloads: Users can download final permit plan sets instantly through an automated pop-up in the self-service permit flow.
- 3-Line diagram options: Installers can include or exclude a 3-line diagram as a separate page in their permit plan sets.
- PE stamping: Ordering PE stamps is now supported for plan sets generated within Solargraf.
- Permit order charging: Installers are now charged immediately upon ordering a permit plan set, simplifying the billing process.
- EU stringing: Enables manual stringing of panels to branch microinverters for enhanced control.
- Wall elevation views: Automated permit plan sets now include wall elevation diagrams, detailing the placement of electrical components required for battery jobs.
- Roof and array dimension controls: Installers can enable or disable roof and array dimensions during permit plan set generation, providing added customization.
Other notable updates
- IL net metering support: Updated to comply with Illinois’ net metering policy changes, supporting fixed and real-time pricing tariffs as the state moves away from 100% retail net metering.
- Enhanced lidar coverage: Improved lidar data for MA, NH, and ME ensures more accurate roof modeling.
- EV charger integration: Installers can now include EV chargers as a material option in proposals, offering a more comprehensive solution.
- Granular permissions: Additional controls now allow installers to manage who can edit roof, solar, and battery designs, enhancing platform security and usability.
- Yearly pricing model: Solargraf has transitioned to a yearly subscription model, reflecting its enhanced capabilities and streamlined value.
